Custom metallized ceramic tubes are commonly made of 95% or above high purity alumina. In order to achieve the jointing from metal to ceramics, a metallic coating will be covered on the certain surface of ceramic insulators.
The ceramic metalized tube we manufactured is famous on excellent bonding strength, super mechanical, excellent electrical insulation, exceptional thermal features.
-Alumina ceramic body + Ag plating
-Alumina ceramic body + Mo/Mn metallization
-Alumina ceramic body + Mo/Mn metallization + Ni plating
-Alumina ceramic body + Tungsten metallized + Au plating
- The flatness of both end sides must be less than 0,01mm
- No blister on nickel ( outer) plating at the temperature up to 1150°C
- No any crack on the surface
- No any dark spot ( impurities) on the external surface
-With evenly glaze distribution
